- Establish a monthly progress review system to track student attendance, academic performance, and participation in enrichment programs.
- Collect data through teacher reports, volunteer feedback, and digital monitoring tools for accurate assessment.

- Form Village Education Committees (VECs) comprising parents, school staff, and local leaders to oversee education initiatives.
