 Eye Check-up Camp at Chagal

Education is not just about books—it is also about good health. To ensure children can see and learn clearly, EArtH Foundation organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp at Chagal Government Primary and High Schools, Jangaon District, with the support of Vasan Eye Care Hospital and Upgrade My Classroom.

Expert doctors screened all the students and identified seven children with vision problems. Free spectacles were provided on the spot, enabling them to read, write, and learn with confidence.

The camp was made possible through the support of school leaders, teachers, the Mandal Education Officer, SMC members, and the EArtH Foundation team. The initiative was widely covered in leading newspapers including Sakshi, Namaste Telangana, Janam, and Surya.

Community leaders praised the effort and encouraged more such health-focused programs. For the seven children who received spectacles, the world of learning has now become brighter, clearer, and full of new possibilities.

 Eye Check-up Camp at Pallaguta

Education is not just about books—it is also about ensuring children are healthy enough to learn. To support this, the EArtH Foundation organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp at Pallagutta ZPHS, Chilpur Mandal, Jangaon District, in collaboration with Vasan Eye Care Hospital and Upgrade My Classroom.

A total of 161 students were screened by expert doctors, and five children with vision problems received free spectacles on the spot. With clear vision, they can now see the blackboard, read their books, and learn with confidence.

EArtH Foundation Founder Mr. Peddi Pramod encouraged parents and students to make full use of such opportunities, reminding everyone that a healthy child learns better. The success of the event was made possible through the combined efforts of the Foundation team, school leaders, the MEO, SMC members, and community supporters.

Local media, including Sakshi and Namaste Telangana, highlighted the program, extending its impact beyond the village. For the children who received spectacles, this was truly life-changing. This simple yet powerful step showed that when communities come together, children move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.

 Vinayaka Chavithi Celebrations

At the EArtH Foundation–adopted schools in Chagal, Pallagutta, Velkatur, Thimmapur, and Obulkeshvapur, students celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi in a truly eco-friendly way.

Children crafted Lord Ganesha idols with their own hands using natural clay and decorated them with flowers. They proudly took the idols home and offered puja with devotion, experiencing the joy of creating something themselves.

Teachers guided the children to avoid chemical-made idols, explaining how they pollute water during immersion. Instead, they encouraged clay idols, which dissolve easily without harming rivers or ponds. Through this activity, students not only enjoyed the festive spirit but also learned the importance of protecting nature.

To encourage creativity, the best idol from each school was awarded a prize, motivating children to put in extra effort. Parents warmly appreciated the initiative, as children carried the message of eco-friendly celebrations back to their homes.

What began as a festival of joy also became a lesson in responsibility, showing that true devotion includes caring for the environment.

 Independence Day Celebrations

Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the EArtH Foundation–adopted schools in Maharashtra and Telangana.

Students proudly hoisted the national flag, sang the national anthem, and offered flowers in tribute to the nation. Many children dressed as freedom fighters, bringing history to life through their costumes, while speeches honored the sacrifices of those who fought for India’s independence. Cultural performances and patriotic songs filled the atmosphere with energy and pride.

Teachers used the occasion to help students understand the true meaning of freedom and responsibility. Parents and community members joined the celebrations, adding warmth and togetherness to the day.

The event became more than just a celebration—it was an inspiration, fostering patriotism, unity, and pride in India’s rich heritage among everyone who participated.

Closing Ceremony of Tailoring Camp – Velkatur

EArtH Foundation organized a Free Tailoring Training Program for mothers of students at MPPS Primary School, Velkatur, equipping them with skills to support their families and children’s education.

Around 30 women successfully completed the training and were awarded certificates at a closing ceremony attended by M. Ramesh (DAMO), Kalaveni Srinivas (Co-Founder), HM P. Rajayya, the Village Secretary, and the Foundation team. Guests praised the initiative for empowering women to become independent while also contributing to their children’s future.

The event was covered by local newspapers including Andhra Jyothi, Nava Telangana, and Prathi Paksham, helping spread the impact across the community. The mothers expressed happiness and confidence after gaining tailoring skills, which now give them the opportunity to earn an income and strengthen their households.

This program proved how learning new skills can uplift women, strengthen families, and benefit the entire community. It was a meaningful step toward building stronger homes and brighter futures.

 Free Tailoring Camp – Thimmapur

A Free Tailoring Camp has begun in Thimmapur to help women gain skills that can provide income and support their children’s education.

The training is not just about sewing—it is about building confidence, fostering self-reliance, and opening the door to independence and personal growth. The camp has created a lively and encouraging environment, filled with learning and hope.

Women started by practicing cutting patterns on newspapers, gradually progressing step by step into tailoring. Each session focuses on hands-on learning, giving them practical experience while boosting their confidence.

By empowering mothers, the program strengthens families and homes. This camp is more than skill training—it is a step toward brighter, stronger futures for both women and their children.
