EArtH Peddapalli, in collaboration with CHILDLINE India, safeguards children in distress. We intervene in cases of abuse, trafficking, and missing children to ensure their safety and well-being

PEDDAPALLI CHILDLINE

Protecting Vulnerable Children in Peddapalli

In July 2018, EArtH Foundation launched the Childline Chapter in Peddapalli, with the support of the Ministry of Women & Child Development and CHILDLINE India Foundation (CIF)
Since then, our dedicated team has been responding to child-related emergencies such as abuse, trafficking, missing children, child marriage, and child labor. We work closely with the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), police, schools, Anganwadi workers, and local communities to ensure that every child receives immediate protection and long-term care.

Peddapalli, being a district with large migrant labor populations, vulnerable communities, and socio-economic challenges, has witnessed several cases of child exploitation. Our interventions focus not only on rescue and crisis management, but also on counseling, family reintegration, educational support, and rehabilitation through government and NGO-run shelter homes.
