As part of its commitment to women empowerment and community development, the EArtH Foundation organized a Free Tailoring Training Program for women in Bhoompally Village, Akbarpet–Bhoompally Mandal, Siddipet District, followed by a well-attended closing ceremony with guests, community leaders, and Foundation team members. The program focused on equipping rural women with practical tailoring skills to support self-employment within their own village. Bakki Venkatayya highlighted the importance of women progressing in all fields and encouraged trainees to share their skills with others to create local livelihood opportunities. Kalaveni Srinivas appreciated the dedication shown by the participants and emphasized the program’s positive impact on families and students. Women received free training from basic to advanced stitching, learning to stitch blouses, designer blouses, and frocks, and all trainees were awarded certificates, with first and second prizes recognizing discipline and performance. Smt. Bakki Bhagyalakshmi, along with Sri Bakki Venkatayya, also presented special gifts to all trainees as encouragement and appreciation. The mothers shared heartfelt testimonials, expressing confidence in stitching, earning from home, and gaining independence through hands-on learning.
