EF Training & Research Centre, Sultanabad (Skill Development, Sports and Employment Sector)

EArtH Foundation has been actively working toward rural development by strengthening education, skill development, employment opportunities, and social awareness among youth and women through the EF Training & Research Centre at Sultanabad. An awareness program for newly elected Sarpanches was conducted at Mother Theresa Engineering College, Peddapalli, encouraging village leadership to support skill-based initiatives and identify eligible beneficiaries. Community outreach activities were carried out through pamphlet distribution during Sammakka Jathara at Narayanpur and Thogarrai villages, while Citi Cable TV advertisements across six mandals increased public awareness and participation. The centre offers programs such as 1 Rupee tailoring training, defence and police coaching, study hall facilities, computer education, spoken English, science lab support, sports training, and yoga activities to promote holistic development, conducted through three daily batches with 35 participants in each batch to ensure effective learning. A Free Tailoring Training Program was inaugurated under the guidance of Founder Mr. Kalaveni Srinivas, with participation from 103 women and implementation support from the EArtH Foundation team and distinguished Head Masters. The program received media coverage in Sakshi, ABN, and Janam Sakshi newspapers, highlighting women’s empowerment and rural employment opportunities. Community response was highly positive, with increased participation, improved confidence among youth and women, and better access to learning resources. Overall, these initiatives demonstrate EArtH Foundation’s commitment to building self-reliant villages through education, skills, and sustainable community development.
