Beautician Training Course Inauguration

During the second week of May, EArtH Foundation successfully inaugurated its Beautician Training Course, a transformative initiative designed to empower women and create sustainable self-employment opportunities in rural communities. The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of Co-Founder Kalvaneni Srinivas, Director Veenela, trainers, volunteers, and community members.

The program aims to equip women and young girls with practical beautician skills and vocational training, enabling them to enhance their livelihood prospects and achieve greater economic independence. During the event, participants were encouraged to recognize the value of vocational education, entrepreneurship, and financial self-sufficiency as pathways to personal and professional growth.

Trainees were introduced to the course curriculum, hands-on learning approach, and the various career and self-employment opportunities available upon completion of the training. In addition, awareness sessions on health, hygiene, personality development, and professional conduct were conducted to promote holistic growth among the participants.

By fostering confidence, skill development, professionalism, and self-reliance, the Beautician Training Course seeks to empower participants to build successful futures. Through initiatives like this, EArtH Foundation continues its commitment to promoting sustainable development, women’s empowerment, and positive social transformation in rural communities.

Maharashtra Day

Maharashtra Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 1st May in the schools adopted by EArtH Foundation. The event witnessed active participation from students, teachers, and community members, creating an atmosphere of pride and patriotism. As a mark of respect, floral tributes were offered to eminent national leaders, including Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, in recognition of their invaluable contributions to the nation and society.

During the program, teachers highlighted the significance of Maharashtra Day and shared inspiring insights into the lives, achievements, and ideals of great leaders. Students actively participated by delivering speeches and presentations, which helped enhance their confidence, public speaking abilities, and understanding of historical and social values.

The celebration fostered a spirit of unity, respect, and national pride among the students. Various cultural and educational activities made the event both informative and engaging, encouraging children to appreciate the principles of leadership, equality, social responsibility, and citizenship.

Through such meaningful celebrations, EArtH Foundation continues to promote values-based education, cultural awareness, and the holistic development of children, nurturing responsible and informed future citizens.

Summer Camp Activities in Adopted Maharashtra Schools

EArtH Foundation successfully organized Summer Camp activities in its adopted schools across Maharashtra, with the objective of promoting the holistic development of children during the vacation period. The camps provided a vibrant and engaging platform for students to learn, explore, and develop essential life skills in a fun and supportive environment.

A wide range of activities, including yoga, meditation, karate, dance, drama, storytelling, cricket, carrom, ring games, and brain games, were conducted with enthusiastic participation from students. These activities helped enhance physical fitness, creativity, concentration, discipline, and emotional well-being among the children.

Team-based games, indoor recreational activities, and traditional sports encouraged cooperation, teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Educational and personality development sessions further contributed to building self-confidence and fostering a positive attitude among both boys and girls.

Children actively participated in creative activities such as food preparation demonstrations, acting sessions, cultural performances, and interactive learning exercises, which promoted innovation, self-expression, and social interaction. In addition, parents’ meetings and village-level discussions were organized to raise awareness about tailoring courses, study centers, and future educational opportunities for children and youth.

Considering the extreme summer temperatures in Maharashtra, EArtH Foundation also planned a Mobile Library initiative to ensure uninterrupted learning and access to educational resources from the safety and comfort of students’ homes.

Through these educational, cultural, recreational, and community engagement activities, the Summer Camp program made a significant contribution to the physical, mental, social, and academic development of children, reflecting EArtH Foundation’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded and empowered young individuals.
