International Yoga Day in Kakandi

On International Yoga Day, all teachers and students at EArtH Foundation’s school in Kakandi took part in a yoga session. The session started with easy breathing exercises and then simple yoga poses. Everyone did the steps together in a calm and peaceful way. Teachers helped the students and told them how yoga keeps us healthy. Students enjoyed the session and did the exercises with interest. They also learned why staying fit and relaxed is important. The session encouraged them to do yoga every day. The day ended happily with a focus on health and togetherness.
