The EArtH Foundation hosted a vibrant two-day state-level educational, cultural, and sports competition at Zilla Parishad High School, Indiranagar, Siddipet, bringing together 200 students from nine schools across Maharashtra and Siddipet. The event featured a variety of competitions, including drawing, essay writing, quizzes, and kabaddi, alongside engaging cultural performances. A standout moment was the impactful fancy dress performance, which creatively raised awareness about the harmful effects of junk food. The event concluded on a high note with an awards ceremony, where SC and ST Commission Chairman, Bakki Venkataiah, honored the winners. The foundation’s dedication to holistic student development and community engagement was widely appreciated, receiving media recognition in Sakshi and Eenadu.
As every year, this year too, the Sankranthi festival was joyfully celebrated at EArtH Foundation schools. Also known as the Kite Festival, Sankranthi is a time of joy, tradition, and cultural significance. The celebrations were vibrant, with a special rangoli competition held for girls and mothers. They adorned the ground with intricate, colorful designs, showcasing their creativity and enthusiasm. Teachers delivered insightful speeches, explaining the importance of Sankranthi as a harvest festival that marks the beginning of a new agricultural season. Students gained a deeper understanding of the festival’s cultural heritage and traditions.

National Girl Child Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Kasulabad and Velkatur schools, highlighting the importance of empowering and educating girls. Students participated in a rally, spreading patriotic messages, while various sports and games added excitement, with winners receiving awards. Inspiring speeches highlighted India’s freedom struggle and the significance of Republic Day, while students dressed as national heroes like Mahatma Gandhi, Jhansi Lakshmi Bai, and Subhash Chandra Bose brought history to life. Savitribai Phule Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm at EArtH Foundation schools in Telangana and Maharashtra, honoring India’s first female teacher and a trailblazer for women’s education. The event began with a heartfelt tribute as a flower garland was placed on her photo, symbolizing deep respect for her contributions. Teachers and students delivered inspiring speeches about her life, achievements, and relentless fight for education and equality, encouraging everyone to embrace her values. A special ritual, Sanmanam, was conducted to honor teachers, recognizing their dedication and role in shaping young minds. Students actively participated, gaining a deeper understanding of women’s empowerment and the importance of education. Teachers motivated students to work hard and contribute positively to society. The celebration concluded with gratitude for Savitribai Phule’s lasting legacy, making it a truly meaningful and memorable day for all.
On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s death anniversary, a heartfelt program was organized at ZPHS School in Pembarti Village, Janagaon District, by the EArtH Foundation. The event, chaired by HM Nagarani, began with a tribute to Gandhi through the offering of flowers at his portrait, followed by a moment of silence. The chief guests, Dr. Macharla Bhikshapati, a respected public physician, and Bijjala Naveen, District President of the Arya Vaishya Federation, shared insightful speeches on how Mahatma Gandhi’s principles of peace and non-violence led India to independence. They also highlighted the importance of discipline, hard work, and good conduct for students aspiring to achieve greater success. The event was graced by EArtH Foundation Director Mangalampalli Raju, Senior Coordinator Anjaneyulu, and the enthusiastic participation of school students, making it a memorable and meaningful tribute to the legacy of Gandhi.

In both Telangana and Maharashtra’s adopted schools, students enthusiastically practiced dance for Republic Day. With the guidance of their teachers, they learned the steps with growing confidence and dedication. The practice sessions were filled with joy, and the students put in their best efforts. At the EArtH Foundation, yoga and meditation are integral parts of daily routines in both adopted schools. Students practice a variety of yoga postures, including Surya Namaskars, which enhance strength, flexibility, and overall health. These exercises keep them active and energized while promoting physical well-being. Yoga also improves focus and reduces stress, creating a calm and focused mindset. Meditation further helps students maintain mental clarity and balance, fostering a sense of peace and happiness. By incorporating yoga and meditation into their daily lives, students cultivate positive habits and a constructive attitude, contributing to a serene and focused learning environment.
In both adopted schools, students engage in daily indoor and outdoor games that enhance their skills and well-being. Indoor games like chess and carrom sharpen critical thinking, while outdoor activities such as kho kho, running, and kabaddi keep them physically active and energized. PET Sir ensures that students start with warm-up exercises to stay fit and prevent injuries. These games teach important values such as teamwork, discipline, and focus, all while being enjoyable. They also help improve motor skills and promote a healthy lifestyle. Students eagerly look forward to these sessions each day, creating lasting memories and fostering strong friendships.
