Eye Check-up Camp at Obul Keshwapur

On 18th July 2025, the EArtH Foundation organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp at Obul Keshwapur Primary School in Jangaon district to support students’ learning by improving their eyesight. The camp was held in partnership with UPGRADEMYCLASSROOM and Vasan Eye Care Hospital. A total of 157 students, including a few from the nearby high school, got their eyes tested. Eight students who were found to have vision problems received free spectacles on the same day, helping them see the blackboard and read their books clearly. The event was supported by education leaders like AMO Srinivas and MEO Shankar Reddy, who highlighted the link between health and learning. Teachers and community members played an active role in making the camp successful. Media coverage helped spread awareness about early eye care for children. This camp was not just about eye tests—it was a step toward better education and confident students.
