
International Yoga Day in Jangaon




On International Yoga Day, students and teachers at EArtH Foundation’s Jangaon center did yoga together. They started with warm-up and then did simple yoga poses. Everyone joined with interest. Teachers told how yoga keeps us healthy and calm. Students enjoyed and followed the steps happily. After yoga, bananas were given to everyone. The day was fun and good for health. Students learned why exercise is important.
